The Hotel Vistabella projected by the architect Pelai Martínez, was inaugurated in 1963 and renovated in 2000, becoming the first five star hotel at the Northern Costa Brava.
“in Roses the best sunsets of the whole country can be seen” (…), wrote Josep Pla, a famous writer. These sunsets together with the spectacular views of the Gulf of Roses give a unique environment.
Three restaurants portray the gastronomic offer. Starting at “La Tapa” with typical Spanish tapas, continuing at the traditional cuisine of the “Balcó de Mar”, and followed by the romantic “Els Brancs” with fine dining in the main terrace. In the summer months “El Pirata” is open, an authentic grill restaurant directly at the beach.
